This is a fruity and elegant style of Pinotage with grapes derived from Granite and Shale soils. The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and fermented at low temperatures to give a wine that is silky smooth and packed full of ripe fruit character. This is an easy drinker that can be drunk on its own or with a bbq.
