Practising organically, the wine is a blend of two sites on clay and clay-limestone soils respectively, with vines ranging up to 40 years old. On the nose aromas of green apple and white fruits, such as peach, are present alongside creamy, spicy aromas. In the mouth, there are sweet buttered notes and candied chestnuts.
