Made from hand-harvested Syrah aged in French and American oak barriques for 8-10 months. A beautifully made wine, it displays a nose with aromas of black and red fruits, pepper with smoky undertones. Full-bodied in the mouth, it is rich with flavour showing elegance and style. It has great length and pairs well with roast lamb.
