Description

Ca’ del Bosco, meaning the “house in the wood”, was conceived in 1965 when Annamaria Clementi bought a small hillside house in Erbusco with five hectares of land attached.

A smooth, lush, mature, soft and round wine. One of those wines that make the senses vibrate. Vintage Collection Satèn, with a silky elegance, is a special interpretation of a Franciacorta: the harmonious marriage of sun and white grapes. And a little secret: during the addition of the liqueur de tirage to start the second fermentation, less sugar is added to the Satèn. Finally, a long ageing period enhances each bottle's soft elegance.

The nose is represented by lemon, apple, medlar and green almond, surrounded by faint hints of yeast and vanilla. The palate has a fine mousse andvigorous freshness. Thefinish has pleasant fruity and citrus notes. Delicious as an aperitif and excellent as a wine to be enjoyed by itself.
