Since its planting in 2010, the Latuffa vineyard has practised biodynamic methods and dry farming. The volcanic tuff, ash soils, and low trellis systems contribute to the wine's unique character. These well-drained volcanic soils force the vines to work harder for hydration, resulting in less foliage and lower yields.
