Another Time Machine Blanc is finally available! This time it’s about 50/50 Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. All Willamette Valley. Ain’t too thin, ain’t too thick. It’s just right. There’s a little egg fermented PG for texture and some barrel fermented Chard for complexity. Asian pear popsicle meets glacial river run.
