Hand-harvested by pickers who get to stay in the beautiful château itself during the harvest – best picking job ever! This is classic Beaujolais, with intense red cherry and blackberry fruit, with ripe, silky tannins that add texture and power. This wine would work fantastically with roast pork, sausage and mash, or beef stew.
