Straight away you get waves of fresh lemons and limes, with a flinty character to support the light, precise palate. The acidity is vibrant and so refreshing. A short period of skin-contact and four months lees ageing lend a wonderful textural quality to this wine. As with most Vinho Verde this is would make a great aperitif to welcome guests.
