40+ year old vines, the blend comprising of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The wine is fermented in traditional wooden vats, macerating for 4-weeks and aged for 16 months in new to 3-year-old barriques. Vanilla laced dark fruits abound. Rich, chewy and satisfying.
