This Verdicchio which spends a minimum of 18 months on the yeast lees ramps up the volume. Golden-hued whites with notes of grilled brioche and a wonderful smoky reduction. There are apricots - skins and kernels - and dry spice (coriander, fennel seed) and an intense nutty length.
