Made from 90% Carignan and 10% Garnacha. Dark coloured, it has an excellent nose of violets, black cherry, and earth notes. Supple and forward on the palate with an excellent balance, and a long, fruity finish. Unoaked so it is all about the primary fruit flavours. Great slightly chilled in summer too. Pair with burgers and pasta dish.
