A blend of three quarters '23 and the rest '22 sourced from organically farmed vineyards and made with the same care as their top wines — native yeast fermentation, old oak ageing, no fining, no filtration, and minimal sulphur — this is Aligoté in its purest, most vibrant form.

Lemon zest, green apple, and salty minerals leap from the glass, carried by electric acidity and a juicy, moreish finish. Blending different vintages brings extra depth and dimension without sacrificing freshness.
