Lovingly distilled deep in the Dorset countryside, Black Cow developed a unique way of creating premium quality vodka that’s so smooth, you can enjoy it at room temperature. Dairy farmer Jason Barber + Creative Paul Archard recognised the potential in the milk after it was already used to make cheese. By combining the ancient Mongolian tradition of making alcohol from fermented milk with the Northern European tradition of making high proof, clear, clean vodka they were able to develop an innovative, unique and superior tasting spirit, made entirely from grass-grazed cow’s milk. Black Cow Vodka is suitable for people with lactose intolerance.
