Nose with redcurrant and a touch of cedar and cherry aromas mixed with tobacco and fine herbs. Flavours of sweet fruits with sour cherries. It has spent 24 months in American red oak barrels, it’s full-bodied, but soft and full of elegance with silky tannins. Try with empanadas and grilled venison.
