Vintage Collection Satèn, with a silky elegance, is a special interpretation of a Franciacorta: the harmonious marriage of sun and white grapes. And a little secret: during the addition of the liqueur de tirage to start the second fermentation, less sugar is added to the Satèn. Finally, a long ageing period enhances each bottle's soft elegance.

The nose is represented by lemon apple, medlar and green almond, surrounded by faint hints of yeast and vanilla. Taste with vigorous freshness and fine mousse. The finish is not particularly long but has pleasant fruity and citrus notes. Delicious as an aperitif and excellent as a wine to be enjoyed by itself.
