Morgon Côte du Py has a very firm, stony terrain which produces more age-worthy wines. They use a ‘systeme de grillage’ for increased contact with the skins to bring out the full character and potential of the wine. This helps create a richer and fleshier wine. It's deliciously juicy fruit helps keep it a delightful Beaujolais. Serve with meats in sauces, beef, pork or cheese.
