"Cantos comes from stony land with less clay than the land from other places of this unique estate, and tend to be lighter. It’s a very elegant wine, subtle and refined. It is a monovarietal wine made with Tempranillo that has aged in a mix of 70% French oak barrel and 30% in American oak barrel.
