Manda Chuva, a blanc de noir (red grapes removed from their skin's and pressed to make a white wine) made from mainly Sangiovese. The wine is fermented in used oak vats and matured in stainless steel resulting in a very interesting and unusual white. It displays enticing aromas of citrus, alongside grapefruit and tangerine. On the palate, you will find notes of mint with lime and a touch of salt. Very gastronomic and will pair with a huge variety of food.
