Vinified without added sulphur and aged around three to four years on lees in demi-muids, it shows a nose of white flowers, fresh citrus and flinty stone, with the concentration and precision typical of the domaine's whites. The palate is direct and energetic, dry and low in dosage of fruit sweetness, with bright acidity, good salinity and a persistent, saline finish.
