This is an informal tasting event standing around the tasting island in the shop. We just ask you to book a slot to secure a place as the availability is very limited.To ensure you can appreciate this evening to its full, we ask all ticket holders to arrive in time for a prompt 7pm start.
Producer of dry, elegant, Burgundian-style wines in the Kaiserstuhl area, Salwey specialises in crafting exquisite Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), and Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) wines. Philipp Hettich from the winery is joining us in the shop on Wednesday, the 18th of September to guide us though their delightful wines and the sustainable winemaking practices they adopt to create them. You will have the opportunity to taste six of Salwey’s wines on the evening.

Located in the renowned Baden region, Salwey is a family-run winery founded in 1950 by Benno Salwey and now led by Konrad Salwey. The winery is celebrated for its meticulous craftsmanship and dedication to producing exceptional wines.
