The robe of this wine is fairly dark, intense ruby. This wine exhibits aromas of red and black berry fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries and blackberries, blackcurrants) with oak, sage and spice notes. It is racy and fruity; it opens after many years displaying a firm and structured body and tannins. It is a rich, silky and medium-bodied wine.
