The vinification of Barolo Margheria takes place in horizontal fermenters at a controlled temperature for about 12/15 days. The refinement lasts 24 months in 25 hl wooden barrels.
The colour is garnet red. The nose is very intense, and complex, with fruity and floral scents, with hints of leather and fresh hay. On the palate, it is a full-bodied, elegant wine with pleasant tannins, typical of Nebbiolo and of the Serralunga d'Alba area. Good balance between innovation and tradition.
