"Stony citrus aroma, more grapefruit than lemon. Superb freshness without any loss of fruit intensity. Quite an achievement to get this amount of pure citrus fruit flavour at such a modest alcohol level in a warm, sunny climate. No doubt cooled by proximity to the ocean. Crisp on the palate with a nicely chalky texture to give length and take it beyond a simple fresh white. Mouth-watering and persistent. Could be drunk with or without food. Drink 2020 - 2022."
