All cuvées are fermented with natural yeasts in concrete tanks and then aged in old barrels for 12-18 months. Apart from La Galoche and Les Journets which are 100% whole bunch cuvées.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLes Journets is an extension of the Blémonts parcel in Chénas.
