Inspired by the Burgundian concept of terroir, Les Tosses is equivalent to a grand cru, or Vi de la Finca in Catalan. A pure, fresh and expressive old-vine Caringnan, with a silky texture and ripe black cherry and plum fruits, picked at minuscule yields – Dominik describes it as liquid graphite, Priorat in the glass.
