This is followed by 9 months ageing on fine lees. No fining and coarse filtration.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA fresh, expressive nose with bright citrus and stonefruit aromas combining with hints of subtle, spicy oak.
