Cantina Terlan Pinot Noir 2019
Here we see a Pinot Noir that has been fermented in stainless steel then matured for 7-10 months on large, old wooden vats imparting no oak flavour, retaining the freshness and vibrancy of a Pinot Noir grown at high altitude, giving flavours of freshly picked blackberry and minerality. Serve with lamb cutlets with ratatouille.
