Emilio Moro Tinto 2016
Emilo Moro Tinto is made with 100% Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero in northern Spain. The Tempranillo clones used are old and pure, known as Tinto Fino. The fruit for this wine comes from a selection of vineyards between 15 and 25 years of age. The wine is aged in 50% French and 50% American oak for 12 months prior to bottling. Real intensity on the palate, with layers of concentrated blackberry, toasted herbs, smoke and vanilla. Full-bodied and a long length, the well-integrated, ripe tannins give a firm structure. Top class product for not that much money.
