Another iconic white from one of the best estates in Rioja. Six years in barrel then aged for another few years in the cellar produces a wine like no other; dried apple, grapefruit, wax, lanolin, vanilla and fresh herbs dominate the nose and develop on the palate. Serve just below room temperature with egg-based dishes, truffle risotto or game. Extremely complex this is such a memorable wine.
