Corpinnat is a sparkling wine that represents the heart and soul of the Penedes region in Catalonia, Spain. It is made with 100% organic grapes that are handpicked and vinified on the premises of the winery, following strict quality standards and long ageing processes. This wine has very fine bubbles that tickle your palate and nose. It offers a complex bouquet of white fruits, such as apple and pear, with a hint of nuts like almond and hazelnut. On the mouth, it is delicate, fresh and structured, with a balanced acidity and a long finish. A perfect wine to celebrate any occasion or to pair with light dishes.

Nadal Winery

Can Nadal de la Boadella was founded in the early 16th century by Pere Nadal. According to historical documents, Nadal estate has passed from father to son, faithful to the Catalan tradition of the family heir. In 1941, Ramon Nadal Giró repossessed the vineyards that had been and army airfield during the war and built the foundational cellar which is still in use today. Sustainable viticulture and production techniques have been a way of life at Nadal estate since 1943.
