Our click and collect service is a great way to buy online when you are in a hurry. This is available as a delivery option during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery Area
We offer free local delivery on orders above £50 (£6.95 charge below this) to the following postcodes:
- N1, N1C, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N15, N16 and N19
- NW1, NW3 and NW5
- E5, E8 and E9
After you place an order, we will automatically deliver it next day or follow your instructions. You will get a live tracking link giving you an accurate two hour delivery window.

Delivery FAQs
- Do you use sustainable packaging?
Our packaging is fully recyclable and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) approved. We use biodegradable bubble wrap which is compostable.
- Do you use Green couriers?
Yes, we are proud to say 100% of our London deliveries are zero emission deliveries. Outside London, we use DHL GoGreen wherever possible but this is not always possible in rural areas.
- Do you ship internationally?
We regret that we do not deliver internationally at this time. However, you can arrange for your own courier if you require.
- What do I do if my delivery is damaged?
Please let us know right away if you have received any damaged bottles. We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
- What to do if I am not going to be at home for my delivery?
You can arrange another delivery slot with the courier or you can get in touch with the us through sales@highburyvintners.co.uk and we will rearrange it for you.
- Can I leave delivery instructions for my order?
You can leave delivery instructions at the beginning of checkout. You can request that the parcel be left safe without a signature (e.g. in the porch, at the back door, in the garage, etc). However, this is at your own risk and neither we nor our carriers will accept responsibility should the wines be lost, stolen, or damaged as a result of such instructions being followed.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, and you may need to return a bottle of wine. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy.
To return a bottle of wine:
1. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Pack the bottle of wine securely in its original packaging, and attach the return shipping label.
4. We will provide you with a collection date.
5. Once we receive your returned bottle of wine, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

- What if I get a wine that is corked/out of condition?
Wine is a living thing that evolves with time. Natural materials like cork can sometimes fail, leaving you dissatisfied. That's why we have a hassle-free policy for you. Bring the bottle back to our shop, and we'll gladly swap it for another. No fuss. No interrogation. Just satisfaction.
