How are the wines chosen?

Our team picks every case by hand from the wines we import and stock, choosing bottles we’re excited about that month. Each case is built to give you variety, so every bottle is a different wine.

Will I get the same wines as last time?

No. We keep a record of everything you’ve received and won’t send you the same wine twice.

What if I’m not in?

Cases are delivered by DPD, who will send you a one-hour delivery window on the day. If you’re out, you can choose a safe place, a neighbour or a new date through their app. [Someone aged 18 or over may need to sign for the delivery.]

How do I pause, skip or cancel?

Log in to your account and go to Subscriptions, where you can pause, skip your next case or cancel. Changes need to be made the day before your next case is due.

Can I change my style, case size or frequency?

Yes, all from your account at any time. Changes apply from your next case, as long as they’re made the day before it’s due.

When will my first case arrive, and when do later ones ship?

Your first case is dispatched 48 hours of signing up. After that, cases go out within 24 hours when your case is due, following the delivery frequency you chose.
