Made from a blend of Primitivo and Nero di Troia grapes. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months and then aged in bottle for at least 2 months before it is released. The result is a wine that is bursting with flavour and packed full of supple dark berry fruit with hints of tobacco and mocha. Try with pizza, sausage and tomato-based sauce dishes or simply on its own; the versatility of this wine is one of its most appealing traits!
