A pure expression of Lanzarote’s volcanic terroir, this white blend comes from 50- to 200-year-old vines rooted in the island’s distinctive rofe and jable soils. Fermented in cement, foudre and 500-litre barrels, it is aged briefly before blending.
Fresh citrus, herbs and white flowers lead on the nose, with a touch of spice and a marked mineral edge. The palate is vibrant and saline, combining lively acidity with a creamy texture and long, satisfying finish.
