The Astheimer Chardonnay is delicate, playful and powerful at the same time. The shell limestone soil imparts fine minerality and the delicious Mediterranean fruit flavors while the aging of the barrique gives the Chardonnay its roasted aromas and maturation on the yeast imparts complexity.
