The Patrick Sullivan Gippsland Pinot Noir has his signature berry freshness and feeling of life on the nose and palate.

This wine comes from his usual vineyard, as well as some purchased fruit due to low yields. As expected, the acidity is utterly vibrant and the fruit is pure and fresh, with beautiful aromatics and the wine absolutely dancing in the mouth.

Berry-cherry, floral scented pinot with vibrancy and freshness as calling cards. Lively to taste, light and fresh, dances on the palate and gets shape from a lithe frame of delicate, lacy tannin and crisp acidity. It’s ultra pure and refreshing.
