Made from 100% Merlot. There are leafy earthy aromas on the nose with notes of redcurrant fruit and spice. It is clean in the mouth with gentle tannins and good fruit flavours. The finish is attractive and long. It is great with beef cooked in a variety of ways. Try with venison and wild boar stew or strong hearty cheeses.
