Description

Close proximity to the ocean provides a terroir ideal for world-class Sauvignon Blanc that is strong in minerality and complexity. The city of Cape Town is nestled between ancient mountains and two oceans, leading to a cool climate with moderate temperatures year round.

Grapes are crushed and destemmed and settled overnight in stainless steel tanks. Innoculated and
fermented between 15 and 17°C in stainless steel tanks, the wine is kept on the lees for five months for increased mouthfeel.

A distinctly Cape Town Sauvignon Blanc with beautiful tones of citrus, pineapple, Golden Delicious apple and ripe pear on the nose. The palate is light with plenty of fruit and a balanced acidity which translates into a long lingering finish.
