Description

All fruit​ used in this ​Single Variety Dabinett​ ​​ came from the ‘Big Meadow’, a favourite orchard, right in front of Jamie’s cidery where they press, bottle and box all their juices and ciders. They picked apples late in the season and ​also let ​them ​sit before pressing​. ​The 2022 season has a unique quality across many of the ciders and perries it produced, given the high sunlight hours that year. With thanks to a good cold winter after great ripening weather the cider fermented slowly helping with its character. The small bubbles carry some essence of boiled apple candy. Then refreshing green apple and citrus fruit, plus clean acidity. Made for eating with crumbly cheese and pork. Alc. 6.7% vol.
