A very good Bourgogne Blanc made with fruit grown in the Cotes-de-Beaune. It was aged for 10 months in barrel helping to give it a creamy mouth-filling texture. It still has freshness of fruit but is in line with the generous whites from Montrachet rather than a typical Bourgogne Blanc.
