Description

The Niemczanscka vineyard is located in the Dolny Śląsk, or Lower Silesia, region of Poland. This region is known for its rich history and diverse landscapes, providing a unique terroir that contributes to the distinctive character of the wines produced there.

The vineyard itself is a testament to the passion and dedication of its founders, who have cultivated a variety of grape types to create wines that truly reflect the local origin in terms of taste and atmosphere.

The age-old wine-making methods used yield a crisp palate with racy acid. The nose leads with apple and citrus and some savoury notes. On the pallet lemon-lime freshness is underpinned by toffee apples.  The wine is clean and lasts in the finish.
