Rimauresq is the archetypal Provence rose; ultra pale salmon in colour with a really clean, fresh nose. There are notes of peach, pear with some floral hints. Light and refreshing on the palate with fantastic length and just the right amount of fruit. Great with lobster or grilled fish.
