Vukoje skillfully combine modern technology and controlled fermentation with traditional methods of ageing wine in oak barrels in cellars eight metres below ground to raise wines of fantastic quality and notable elegance.
For this wine Vukoje macerate the grapes for 45 days. Vinification is followed by 30 months' maturation in 3,000L oak barrels, giving a Vranac that is juicy, concentrated and fresh and integrated.
