Description

Ribolla Gialla is the autochthonous white grape par excellence.
It is probably the oldest vine in the region as the earliest evidence of its diffusion dates back to the Roman Empire. This grape variety with its late bud burst and ripening is inextricably linked to the history of our hills.

Straw yellow with delicate green hues. Subtle floral overtones; acacia flower and jasmine. On the palate is elegant and fresh with a pleasant acidity and citrusy finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, or served with seafood starters, fish and vegetable first courses. It is perfectly matched to ham and fresh cheeses.

Zuani Wine

Zuani winery embodies the Felluga family winemaking heritage and expresses the challenge that Patrizia Felluga and her son, and daughter, Antonio and Caterina, have taken up to make only wines that are genuinely typical of the region and this territory. The vineyards are located in the heart of Collio on the hills surrounding the winery. Everything hinges on one exceptionally well-aspected “cru”, or vineyard, on a gentle hillside where vines and gardens surround the Zuani cellar.
