Description

The exciting, complex MB 1933 is a field blend from a small high lying vineyard, 470-500m, planted in 1933, one of the oldest in the Chianti Classico DOCG. Mostly Sangiovese 93% with ten other varietals including some white varietals. Fermented in cement and oak using natural yeasts then a long maceration before pressing and running off into 900l tonneaux and larger oak cuves for 16 months aging.
