Great care is taken of this Clos du Chateau, from the vines to the cellar. The wine is meant to be an exceptional Bourgogne Blanc that reflects its origin and location.

The aroma is delicate and elegant, with a beautiful fruit quality. The taste is refined and expressive, with a mouth-filling and long finish. This is a wine that stands out from the regular Bourgogne Chardonnay.

Domaine de Montille

Founded in the 1730s, and renamed Domaine de Montille in 1863. The estate was sitting on a real treasure. In total, around 20ha of magnificent terroirs, planted with Pinot Noir in the Côte de Beaune. Hubert de Montille and then his son, Etienne, the current owner of the estate, trusted in the wealth and diversity that the Burgundy wine mosaic represents and devoted their lives to it. Over the years, they reconstituted and extended the family heritage, plot by plot.
