Kabinett Riesling is arguably one of the world's most underrated wine styles. Delicious in youth but with a structural capacity to age for decades.

Enjoy as a delicious aperitif, alongside seafood, or with aromatic Thai or Chinese cusiines.

The Kahlenberg's neighbouring vineyard. The warm loess loam of the Krotenpfuhl is rich in small pebbles (quartzite) and these, along with the fact that these south-facing vines, casuse the soil to warm up very quickly. The grapes ripen early and retain a fiesty acidity. These produce, particularly fine, fruity vivacious Riesling wines.
