Description

This is a more international style, think super Tuscan. A blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera, maceration and alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Malolactic took place in wood, using only French oak barrels. The two wines were aged separately then blended before bottling. A very approachable, plush style of wine for more immediate drinking but will also benefit from ageing.
