The 2021 Chardonnay Estate comes solely from the Monte Bello Vineyard estate. It boasts a medium gold colour and exhibits aromas of caramelized apples, white flowers, honeysuckle, and crushed rocks. These flavours are present in the medium-bodied Chardonnay along with bright acidity, a focused and chiseled texture, great minerality, and a subtle hint of oak in the background. It is recommended to age this wine in the bottle for 4-5 years to enhance its quality, and it can be enjoyed for up to twenty years or more.
