Description

A very serious sherry with the classic myriad of aromas and flavours you would typically associate with aged Amontillado. There is a real tang to both nose and palate with orange peel, eucalyptus, varnished wood, fennel amongst many other flavours. There is a huge dry finish with just the right amount of acidity. Wonderful.
